Development of Homes for People with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities Transitioning from Nursing Facilities and Other Qualified Institutions

The New Jersey Department of Human Services is seeking qualified entities to develop or upgrade up to four provider‑managed single‑family homes that will house adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities transitioning from nursing facilities or other institutions.
