IDD LCS, PASRR, Crisis Provider Services

Hill Country Community MHMR Center is seeking qualified providers to apply for participation in its Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Service Provider Network. The network provides services such as LIDDA Community Services Program, PASRR Specialized Services, and Crisis Respite Service. Eligible applicants must be licensed and/or accredited to provide IDD services in Texas, meet all state, federal, and local requirements, maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and demonstrate experience in delivering services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. • The application period opens on March 31, 2025, and will remain ongoing until further notice or until provider capacity is met. • Applicants can submit their applications by mail, email, or in-person drop-off. • Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and HCCMHMRC reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. • HCCMHMRC does not guarantee referrals or a minimum volume of services for any approved provider.
