GREENERY EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES

The County of Orange’s Waste & Recycling division is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive time‑and‑materials maintenance and repair services for greenery equipment at three active landfill sites (Valencia Greenery, Bee Canyon Greenery, and Capistrano Greenery). The work includes routine monthly inspections, preventive and predictive maintenance, corrective repairs, and emergency response for equipment such as conveyor stackers, windrow turners, bagging machines, and related assets. The contractor must supply service trucks, parts inventory, and qualified technicians, work within standard landfill operating hours, and be able to respond to after‑hours call‑outs. All work must follow OEM specifications, be documented in detailed service reports, and comply with County safety, insurance, and reporting requirements.
