J091--Fuel Oil Tank Inspection Service Contract

The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide inspection services for oil tanks at the VA Maine Healthcare System in Augusta, ME. The contractor will be required to perform 5-year and 10-year inspections on two aboveground storage tanks, each with a capacity of 74,000 gallons. The inspections must be conducted in accordance with the American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard 653. The contractor must employ API 653 certified inspectors and provide a detailed inspection report with recommendations for repair. The contract will be for a period of 30 days from the date of award.
