The State of Wyoming’s Department of Health is seeking a qualified consulting firm to perform a comprehensive compliance and business‑office efficiency assessment for the Wyoming Life Resource Center (WLRC). The contractor will review fiscal policies, billing and revenue‑cycle processes, modernize legacy workflows, ensure full compliance with CMS and state regulations, and deliver a detailed gap‑analysis, updated policy manual, and a strategic roadmap.
