RFP 27-03 Hawaii Tourism Destination Brand Marketing Japan MMA

The Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority (HTA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide destination brand marketing services for the Hawaiian Islands in the Japan major market area. The scope of work includes strengthening brand awareness, driving travel demand, developing airline partnerships, targeting high-value mindful travelers, and promoting Hawaiʻi's cultural festivals and events. The contractor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive brand marketing plan and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness and intent to travel to Hawaiʻi.
