Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking bids from qualified suppliers to provide herbicide in accordance with the requirements and specifications stated in the solicitation. The contract period will be from February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2028, with three additional one-year renewal option periods or any portion thereof. The supplier must be registered in MissouriBUYS (Powered by MOVERS) to be considered for contract award.

* Complying with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations related to the performance of the contract
