The Gwinnett County Police Department Communications Division seeks a cloud‑based Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) platform that automates post‑call surveys for 911 callers, increasing response rates and providing robust reporting, analytics, and ADA‑compliant administration. The contract is multi‑year and includes design, implementation, ongoing maintenance, training, and support. The vendor must act as system integrator for any third‑party components, meet stringent security requirements, and provide a solution that integrates with the County’s existing Active Directory/Microsoft ecosystem.
