Skagit Valley College seeks a qualified contractor to expand and modernize its cloud‑based “Dental Tracker” system used by the dəxʷx̌ayəbus Dental Therapy Program. The contractor will design, develop, and deploy enhancements that add pre‑clinical laboratory assessment tracking, patient‑encounter assessments, EPA/competency mapping, inter‑rater reliability analytics, and new reporting dashboards while ensuring Section 508 (WCAG) accessibility, two‑factor authentication, and full ownership of source code. The effort includes data migration, optional cloud platform migration, documentation, and a 64‑hour annual maintenance commitment. • Add configurable assessment forms, EPA/competency dashboards, and real‑time alerts. • Implement Section 508‑compliant UI, two‑factor authentication, and secure hosting. • Migrate existing data, refactor the Python/Flask/SQLite codebase, and provide documentation and training.
