Description
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) Office of Real Estate and Economic Development (OREED) is seeking vendors to provide various real estate services, including appraisal/valuation services, brokerage services, expert cost estimators, land use planning services, lease administration, property management, real estate disposition and acquisition services, title examination, and surveyor and general engineering services. The contract will be executed for an initial duration of up to 5 years, with two options to renew for two years each, for a total maximum contract duration of up to 9 years. MassDOT anticipates spending in excess of $250K per year, making this a large contract with Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) requirements.
