Sponsorship Development and Event Marketing

Arapahoe County is seeking a contractor to provide sponsorship development and event marketing services for County-hosted events, cultural festivals, and community celebrations. The contractor will be responsible for researching and identifying prospective sponsors, conducting outreach and relationship building, developing tailored sponsorship packages, and securing sponsor commitments. The contract will cover a three-year term, with the option to renew for one additional three-year term based on performance and budget availability. • The contractor will serve as the County's non-exclusive advertising agency of record and place media buys across various platforms. • The contractor will provide documentation and performance summaries for all media purchases. • The contractor will act as a liaison with partner organizations and participate in annual planning and strategy sessions. • The contractor will provide regular status updates to County staff and prepare final recap reports for County-supported events.
