Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Radar Processor - Open, Inspect, Report

The US Coast Guard, C5I Service Center, intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis to SSR Engineering, Incorporated, for the repair of Radar Processors. The contractor will be required to open, inspect, and report on the condition of the processors. The work will be performed at the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis, with a delivery date of no later than 15 June 2025. * The contractor will be required to repair 16 Radar Processors, National Stock Number (NSN) 5840-01-570-7622, Manufacturer Part Number MODEL201A. * The contractor will be required to ship and return all repaired and BER units to the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SLFC). * The contractor will be required to follow the material and packing requirements for all items returned. * The contract will be awarded to SSR Engineering, Incorporated, as they are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole source for repairing the Model201A PCRP.
