The opportunity is for a janitorial service contract at Thrive Academy, covering an area of 57,083 square feet across three buildings. The initial contract period is from the date of award to June 30, 2027, with the option for renewal. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and services to perform the required cleaning tasks. Key responsibilities include daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of various areas such as entrances, corridors, restrooms, classrooms, and specialty rooms. The contractor must also provide supervision to ensure compliance with specifications and report any problems or safety hazards to management. Some of the key tasks include: • Daily cleaning of entrances, corridors, and restrooms • Weekly cleaning of classrooms and specialty rooms • Monthly cleaning of windows and glass surfaces • Removing trash and replacing liners • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures • Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and toilets • Reporting any malfunctioning fixtures to the COO or Facility Manager
