Solicitation 75H70726Q00092_Preventive Maintenance Services for Optometry Equipment for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for Government-owned optometry equipment at the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center in Zuni, New Mexico. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual preventive maintenance on all Government-owned optometry equipment in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations and applicable regulatory requirements. The contractor will also provide corrective maintenance services, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, adjustment, calibration, and functional testing, upon Government request and authorization. Key aspects of the job include: • Inspection of each device • Cleaning of internal and external optical components • Lubrication and adjustment of mechanical components • Calibration and alignment to OEM specifications • Functional and operational testing • Electrical safety testing, where applicable • Verification that equipment performs within manufacturer specifications • Documentation of all preventive maintenance performed • Identification of equipment deficiencies requiring repair or replacement The contractor will be required to submit a technical proposal, past performance information, and a pricing schedule as part of their quotation. The Government will evaluate quotations based on technical qualifications, past performance, and price.
