Planning & Consulting Services for a Village Master Plan

The Town of Norwich is seeking consultants to develop a Village Master Plan. The selected consultant will be responsible for executing on a Municipal Planning Grant awarded to the Town in January 2026. The proposal should include a cover letter, statement of capability, methodology, and proposed schedule. The Town reserves the right to negotiate the lease terms with any and all companies that submit a proposal. • The consultant will be responsible for developing a Village Master Plan. • The proposal should include a detailed work plan addressing the topics of interest, deliverables, and research questions. • The consultant should have experience with similar projects and provide references. • The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to award contracts in whole or in part, if this is held to be in the Town's best interest.
