J045--Grease Trap Maintenance Base 4

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide quarterly cleaning, maintenance, and disposal services for multiple grease and sand/oil separator traps at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, CO. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 100 % SDVOSB set‑aside with a base year and up to five option years (total contract duration not to exceed 5 years 6 months). The contractor must supply labor, equipment, materials, perform visual inspections, pump and scrape the traps, clean inlet/outlet pipes, maintain baffles, document work in a log, and submit disposal manifests. A quality‑control plan and detailed reporting are required, and the Government reserves the right to award no contract. • Quarterly service for four large grease traps (2 × 3000‑gal, 2 × 1500‑gal) and associated sand/oil separators. • Work performed the first Tuesday of each quarter (or the following Wednesday if a holiday). • Base year 9/30/2026‑9/29/2027 with up to five optional one‑year extensions through 9/29/2031. • SDVOSB‑only set‑aside; SBA certification required at award. • Submission of technical, price, past‑performance, and subcontracting compliance volumes required. • All quotes submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer by 12:00 pm ET, Sep 3 2026. • Mandatory quality‑control plan, quarterly reports, and waste‑disposal documentation.
