TOWER CABINETS

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for tower cabinets. The bid opening date is October 9, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time. Bidders are expected to examine any drawings, specifications, schedules, and instructions included in the bid package. The contract will be let to the responsible resident making the lowest bid, if such resident’s bid is not more than five percent higher than that of the lowest responsible non-resident bidder. The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the performance of this contract. • The bid must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. • The contractor shall keep informed of and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor shall not discriminate against any individual on the grounds of age, sex, color, race, religion, national origin, or disability in connection with the performance under this contract. • The contract may be terminated by the Agency upon thirty days written notice. • The contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the State, the Agency, and their officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, suits, liabilities, court awards, damages, costs, attorneys’ fees, and expenses arising out of contractor’s failure to perform any of contractor’s duties and obligations.
