Lexington County Sheriff's Department Seized Firearms Trade

The Lexington County Sheriff's Department is seeking bids for the trade of seized firearms. The pre-bid meeting will be held on July 31, 2026, from 10-12 EST, and vendors who do not arrive by 12pm EST will not be permitted to join the pre-bid or view the firearms. Local pick-up is an option for the awarded vendor. The department attempts to not include any firearms that are known to be inoperable, damaged, or rusted. • The pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all vendors. • The proposal is good for a period of ninety (90) days. • The vendor must comply with Section 12, Chapter 54 of the SC Code of Laws 1976, as amended, relating to payment of any applicable taxes. • The vendor must provide a certificate of familiarity with the solicitation and applicable amendments.
