Pugmill Equipment and Construction

The Olmsted County is seeking bids for the upgrade of the existing ash room equipment located at the Olmsted Waste to Energy Facility (OWEF) in Rochester, Minnesota. The project involves removing and replacing the current "Dust Master" style mixer with a Pugmill style mixer. The pre-bid meeting will be held on October 2, 2025, at 9:30 AM (CT) at 301 Energy Parkway NE, Rochester, MN, and is mandatory for all bidders. • The project requires the replacement of the current mixer with a Pugmill style mixer. • The pre-bid meeting will allow contractors to visit the site and address any questions regarding the specifications. • Bids will be rejected from contractors who do not attend the pre-bid meeting. • The bid includes FOB Destination shipping costs and sales tax on construction materials and/or equipment. • The County will not appoint any contractor as Purchasing Agent, and the contractor shall not purchase any material assuming the County's tax exemption status.
