SOLE SOURCE - MK 25 MOD 0 - NON-LETHAL, 9-BANG DIVERSIONARY HAND GRENADE

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division, is seeking a sole source contract for the production, acceptance, and delivery of the MK 25 Mod 0 Non-Lethal, 9-Bang Diversionary Hand Grenade. The proposed contract action is for a five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis due to the lack of sufficient technical data and unacceptable duplicative costs to the Government.
