OSR - Prestoline AMD 25 Plus, or equivalent

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Special Reclamation (WVDEP-OSR) is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract to supply, transport, and deliver Prestoline AMD 25 Plus (Sodium Hydroxide, Permanganate) or equivalent to various Special Reclamation job sites throughout the State of West Virginia. The contract will be for an undetermined quantity of the specified chemical, with a unit price to be determined by the bidder. The contract is subject to all terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. • The bidder must provide a blended mixture of sodium hydroxide and permanganate per the attached specifications. • The bidder must be able to transport and deliver the chemical to various locations throughout the State of West Virginia. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
