FY25 355 MXG Couples Retreat

The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, food, personnel, child-care, management, and supervision necessary in support of a Chaplain-led Couples Retreat for the 355th Maintenance Group personnel stationed at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), Arizona. The contract is being issued as a 100% Women-Owned Small Business Set-Aside, and the North American Industry Classification System Code is 561920; Convention and Trade Show Organizers, with a size standard of $20M. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, food, personnel, child-care, management, and supervision for the couples retreat • Ensuring that the retreat is led by a Chaplain and meets the needs of the 355th Maintenance Group personnel • Complying with all applicable provisions and clauses, including those in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) • Submitting quotes via email by the specified deadline • Being evaluated based on price, descriptive and technical literature, and other factors considered by the Government.
