Liquid Aluminum Sulfate

The City of Waco is seeking bids for the provision of liquid aluminum sulfate in 275-gallon intermediate bulk containers for use in phosphorus removal at the City of Waco Bull Hide Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor shall furnish all aluminum sulfate, totes, transportation, delivery labor, unloading equipment, liftgate service when requested, documentation, technical assistance, and other materials and services necessary to complete each delivery and tote exchange in accordance with the specifications. • The estimated annual quantity of liquid aluminum sulfate required is approximately 13,200 gallons in 275-gallon totes. • The contractor shall provide a pricing form with their bid, including their best complete delivered price, F.O.B. destination, on each item bid. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, and the issuance of this solicitation does not obligate the city to contract for expressed or implied services. • The city will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder based on the base bid plus any selected alternatives, provided the amount does not exceed the funds then estimated by the city as available to finance the contract.
