Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $5,000,000

Based on the project description, the budget for this project is estimated to be around $1.6 million, which is the amount allocated in the 2026-27 Pierce County Capital Facilities Plan for the pre-design services. However, the total cost of the project, including construction, is likely to be much higher, potentially in the range of $50-100 million. The budget for the selected firm will depend on the scope of work, the firm's experience, and the level of competition. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the project, the level of expertise required, and the availability of funds.
