The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking a quotation for a Ver-Mac Three Line Message Board. The quotation is available for download through Public Purchase, and all bid responses must be submitted through Public Purchase on the forms provided by WYDOT. The bidder is responsible for allowing adequate time for documents to upload on Public Purchase. • The bidder must not alter the specifications or terms and conditions supplied by WYDOT. • The bidder is responsible for monitoring the site and downloading any bids of interest and/or any applicable addenda through the Public Purchase website. • The bid documents are removed from the site as soon as possible after the date of opening, and bids received after the date of opening will be rejected. • WYDOT shall not be responsible for errors and omissions occurring in the transmission or downloading of any documents or specifications from the website.
