Fine Arts Contracted Services Supplemental

The Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Fine Arts Contracted Services. These services are to be provided by personnel who are not on the payroll of the district, and are paid on a fee basis for specialized services that are usually considered to be temporary or short term in nature. The contract term will be from the date of Board approval to June 30, 2027, with one additional one-year renewal term, not to exceed June 30, 2028. • The cost-price analysis for this contract is $183,000.00 based on 2021-22 expenditures. • Proposals will be evaluated on a quarterly basis, with submission deadlines at 2:00 PM on dates specified in the “Bid Activities” tab. • The District reserves the right to accept or reject any proposed rate changes. • Vendors must provide written notice of termination at least forty-five days prior to contract expiration.
