Fine Arts Contracted Services

The Wylie Independent School District is seeking proposals from Fine Arts Contracted Service Providers to establish a pool of qualified independent contractors. The goal is to provide services for the District's Fine Arts programs on an as-needed basis, including guest conductors, choreographers, vocal and instrumental coaches, composers, and more. The contract term is from August 17, 2026, to August 31, 2028, with two optional one-year renewals. Proposals will be evaluated based on the qualities outlined in the Award Evaluation Criteria, service to be provided, and the needs of the District. • The District expects to award this solicitation to multiple contractors. • The contract term is from August 17, 2026, to August 31, 2028, with two optional one-year renewals. • Proposals will be opened, evaluated, and qualified by the District on a monthly basis. • Wylie ISD employees are not eligible for this award.
