Solar Electric Systems

The Town of East Montpelier is seeking a vendor to design and install a solar electric system for their new Town Garage. The system must be able to produce as much electricity as is used in an average year by the buildings. The vendor will be responsible for obtaining permits, coordinating with the construction manager and electrical contractor, and providing a complete installation, including mounting, PV panels, racking, and inverters. The vendor must also provide a warranty for the system and its components. Key requirements include: • Providing a complete installation, including mounting, PV panels, racking, and inverters • Coordinating with the construction manager and electrical contractor • Obtaining permits and CPG for the system • Providing a warranty for the system and its components • Meeting the specified criteria, including price, ability to perform within the specified time limit, experience and reputation, quality of services and materials, and financial responsibility
