OXYGEN CYLINDER RENTAL

The County of Greenville is seeking a qualified vendor to provide portable, medical-grade oxygen cylinders according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The contractor shall provide and deliver rental tanks and perform full for empty exchanges on a recurring or as needed basis. The scope of work includes providing approximately 703 cylinders, including aluminum "D", "Jumbo D", "E", and "M" sized medical grade oxygen cylinders. The contractor must comply with all legal requirements and safety standards, and maintain all insurance policies for the life of the contract. • The County owns its Nitrous Oxide cylinders, and the contractor shall provide filling and exchange services. • The contractor shall perform a "full-for-empty exchange" at least bi-weekly or as needed. • The contractor shall provide an electronic delivery ticket to designated County personnel after each exchange. • The contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the contractor and its employees.
