The Town of Apex is seeking a qualified engineering or consulting firm to develop a comprehensive stormwater Master Plan for its downtown residential core (≈185 acres). The selected consultant will inventory existing drainage assets, conduct hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, propose a Capital Improvement Plan (including green infrastructure), engage the public, and identify grant‑funding opportunities.
