Multnomah County is seeking legal service providers to deliver in‑court eviction defense support for low‑income tenants. The contractor will conduct outreach at first‑appearance eviction hearings, screen eligible clients, provide limited‑scope representation (answers, stipulations, negotiations) and coordinate referrals to emergency rental assistance.
