Furnish and Delivery of One (1) Telehandler

The County of Maui Public Works (Highways Division) is soliciting bids to furnish and deliver a new 5,500‑lb capacity compact telehandler, fully assembled, operational, and shipped F.O.B. to the Lanai Baseyard. The bid must include all taxes (except exempt Federal Excise Tax), freight prepaid, current literature, and warranty documentation. The equipment must meet specific minimum specifications (ANSI/ITSDF B56.6, EPA Tier 4 Final, 12 mph travel speed, 5,500 lb lift capacity, 18 ft 6 in. lift height, etc.) and be supported by a factory‑authorized service facility located within Maui County. Optional accessories (quick‑attach carriage coupler, material bucket, load‑moment indicator, extended warranty, diagnostic software) are to be priced separately. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the Public Purchase System by the deadline, with no bid bond required. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder based on net total purchase price.
