Description
The City of Asheville is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ADA‑compliant portable restroom (“Port‑A‑Jon”) services across multiple park and recreation sites. The contract covers delivery, installation, routine cleaning, restocking, maintenance, relocation, and removal of the units on a seasonal and year‑round basis. The work is divided between two high‑frequency sites (five cleanings per week year‑round) and eleven lower‑frequency sites (one cleaning per week for a five‑month period). The initial term is one year with up‑to‑two optional one‑year renewals.
