Description
The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways is issuing an open‑end Request for Quotation to establish a statewide contract for Henderson spreader parts (OEM or “or equal”). The contract will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest total bid cost after applying a single discount or markup percentage to the catalog prices. Vendors must be authorized Henderson dealers, provide certification of part equivalency, and be able to supply parts on a “new” basis with a five‑day standard delivery (two‑day for emergencies). The contract includes requirements for catalog submission, quarterly usage reporting, and a primary contract manager. No substitutions, rebuilt parts, or advance payment are allowed.
