Academic tutoring services

The Hennepin County is seeking proposals for academic tutoring services to be provided to learners of all ages, including students in grades Pre-K to 12, GED seekers, and learners working to improve literacy skills. The services will be delivered through a contract spanning January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029. The total anticipated funding for the initial year is $600,000. Proposers must submit their proposals through the Hennepin County Supplier Portal, and the deadline for submission is Tuesday, May 19, 2026, by 1:00 p.m. • The proposal must include a plan for performing services, including proposed services, staff supervision, and staff training. • The proposal must include experience, qualifications, and commitment to equity, including tutors and administrative staff meeting qualifications. • The proposal must include a budget in alignment with proposed services. • The County reserves the right to request additional information and to conduct virtual presentations.
