MOBILE SOLUTIONS

The Knox County Government is seeking proposals for the provision of Mobile Solutions. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for two additional three-year periods. The proposer must provide a detailed proposal, including pricing and technical information, and must be registered with the Procurement Division prior to submitting their proposal. The County reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal. • The proposal must include a detailed description of the proposed Mobile Solutions, including technical specifications and pricing information. • The proposer must provide a signed non-collusion affidavit and a certificate of compliance with the Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-5-413. • The proposer must agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations. • The proposer must provide proof of financial and business capability. • The proposer must agree to indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless the County, its officers, agents, and employees from all suits, claims, actions, or damages of any nature.
