Football Equipment Transportation Services

The University of Connecticut is seeking a qualified transportation provider to move football equipment (including marching‑band gear) for home, away, and postseason games. The contractor must supply a Pup truck and a 53‑foot trailer, handle loading/unloading, meet strict delivery timelines, and optionally provide air‑travel ground support. The award will be a 3‑year contract with two possible 1‑year extensions. Evaluation will be based on experience, operational capability, staffing/training, and price.
