NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE OPERATION OF THE WILMINGTON JOB CORPS CENTER with OA/CTS

The Department of Labor (DOL) intends to award a sole source contract for the operation of the Wilmington Job Corps Center. The contract is expected to be awarded to Education and Training Resources (ETR) under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor shall operate the center for a period of twelve months, with a possible six-month extension. The DOL has determined that ETR is the only contractor who can operate this center without disrupting critical services to the students, incurring transition time and associated costs, which would cause significant harm to the Government. • The contract is expected to be awarded under the authority of RFO 15, Contracting by Negotiation. • The NAICS code is 611519 with a small business size standard of $47 million. • Interested parties may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that the agency shall consider within the given closing/due date of this notice. • The DOL will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent.
