Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) seeks a contractor (or contractors) to provide a comprehensive, stable, and predictable procurement solution for laptop and desktop computing devices used by students and staff. The scope includes acquiring, configuring, deploying, supporting, and maintaining a sustainable refresh cycle across a variety of device categories, with no guaranteed minimum quantities. The agency may award primary and secondary contracts depending on price, delivery, product availability, technical suitability, or service capability. • Device categories: Windows laptops, Windows desktops, Chromebooks, all‑in‑one computers, and specialized configurations for instructional, administrative, CTE, engineering, creative, gaming, and other approved programs. • Services required: Procurement, configuration, deployment, ongoing support, and maintenance of devices throughout the agreement term, including a percentage discount on non‑standard devices and accessories. • Contract structure: Potential for multiple contractors (primary and secondary) to address differences in pricing, delivery schedules, or technical suitability; no minimum order quantities are guaranteed.
