Tennis Court Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Project

The City of South Fulton is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate and reconstruct four existing tennis courts at the South Fulton Tennis Center. The scope includes demolition, excavation, installation of a new stone base, topsoil/sod restoration, concrete sidewalks and curbs, drainage improvements, chain‑link fencing, gate installation, acrylic surface coating, court striping, and optional alternates such as additional drainage, LED lighting, and premium surface systems. Bidders must submit a fully burdened price covering all labor, materials, permits, insurance, and overhead.
