Digital Fingerprint & Electronic Federal Criminal

The Department of General Services is seeking feedback from the supplier community on Digital Fingerprint & Electronic Federal Criminal Background Check Services. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information from experienced suppliers to inform the development of a new solicitation for these services. The RFI will be discussed during a virtual Supplier Forum on August 20th, 2026. The forum will include discussions on industry standards, vendor community insight, and best practices. • The RFI is open to all interested suppliers. • The Supplier Forum will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams. • The forum will include a presentation on the Commonwealth's Goal Setting program and discussion on potential subcontracting opportunities. • Suppliers can RSVP to the Issuing Officer, Heather Rodgers, by August 19th, 2026, to attend the Supplier Forum.
