Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) seeks a qualified vendor to install and integrate the latest Milestone XProtect Expert video management software on newly procured management and recording servers, migrate existing configurations and data, and upgrade the remaining three recording servers to the current software version. The work includes pre‑deployment planning, hardware setup, RAID configuration, OS and SQL installation, software deployment, data migration, post‑implementation verification, and comprehensive documentation.
• Install Milestone XProtect Expert on one new management server and one new recording server per Milestone specifications (OS, .NET, SQL, RAID, networking).
• Migrate all configurations, databases, recordings, and archive data from existing servers to the new hardware while ensuring system integrity and minimal downtime.
• Upgrade the remaining three existing recording servers to the latest Milestone version, including required runtimes and device packs, and perform full functional testing and acceptance.
