Description
The Sebring Airport Authority is seeking development partners to propose commercial‑use plans for over 100 acres of airport‑adjacent land, split between aeronautical (64.51 acres) and non‑aeronautical (58.90 acres) parcels. Interested parties must submit detailed development plans that outline how they will build, develop, and operate commercial businesses under non‑exclusive rights. A pre‑proposal conference will be held to clarify the scope and answer questions, followed by a mandatory site‑visit for contractors to assess the land. The authority will evaluate proposals based on feasibility, economic impact, and alignment with airport growth objectives.
• 64.51 acres for aeronautical use; 58.90 acres for non‑aeronautical use (including 8.11 acres in Exhibit B).
• Proposers must deliver comprehensive development plans for commercial, industrial, or mixed‑use projects.
• Pre‑proposal conference on 27 April 2026 (10 AM) with optional Teams link; site visit scheduled immediately after.
• No blueprints; all layout concepts are conceptual only (Exhibits A, B, D).
• Submission deadline 14 September 2026, 6 PM.
