Cole River Substation purchase, Amend 0001

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, is seeking a contractor to design, assemble, test, and deliver an electrical substation to the Cole M. Rivers Hatchery in Oregon. The substation must meet specific requirements, including a dry-type service transformer, 15kV medium voltage switchgear and circuit breaker, 480V low voltage switchgear and circuit breakers, and an automatic transfer switch and controller. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and reassembling the substation at the Lost Creek Boneyard Storage Building.
