Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,000,000

The budget for this contract can be estimated based on the average annual usage of the products. For the El Portal Wastewater Treatment Plant, the average annual usage is approximately 1,650 gallons of liquid Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) polymer, 100 containers of dry anionic polymer, and 22,500 gallons of liquid aluminum sulfate. For the Wawona Wastewater Plant, the average annual usage is approximately 5,000 gallons of liquid PAC polymer, and for the Wawona Potable Water Plant, it is approximately 1,200 gallons of liquid PAC polymer. Assuming an average cost of $5 per gallon for the liquid PAC polymer and $10 per container for the dry anionic polymer, and $2 per gallon for the liquid aluminum sulfate, the total annual cost would be approximately $143,000. With a five-year contract, the total budget would be approximately $715,000. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on the prices quoted by the vendors.
