GASES DELIVERY AND TANK RENTAL

The Naval Air Station Whidbey Island is seeking a contractor to provide gases delivery and tank rental services. The contractor will be responsible for delivering bulk gases, including liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and breathable liquid oxygen, to the Fleet Readiness Center Northwest. The contractor will also be required to provide tank rental services for bulk argon and liquid nitrogen tanks. The contract will be for a base year with two option years. The contractor must be able to provide emergency repair and services on bulk/rental tanks within a 72-hour window after notification. • The contractor must have a designated electronic business point of contact in the System for Award Management. • The contractor must be registered to use the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. • The contractor must provide documentation appropriate to the type of payment request in accordance with the payment clause, contract financing clause, or Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.216-7. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection, labor, and tax.
