The State of Washington is requesting input from the business community for office supplies. The current statewide contract is due to expire on 06/30/2026, and the state is developing new specifications. The contract is for office supplies, including paper supplies, storage solutions, batteries, board-wall items, desk accessories, school supplies, filing and report supplies, labels, mailing and shipping supplies, etc. The estimated annual sales are $10,000,000. Businesses are invited to submit their input and thoughts on this commodity, including alternative green products. • The contract is for office supplies for state agencies and qualifying organizations. • The product categories available are wide-ranging, including paper supplies, storage solutions, and more. • The estimated annual sales are $10,000,000. • Businesses are asked to review the attached excel file and provide input on the market basket and alternative green products. • Responses to the RFI should be submitted electronically to the RFI Coordinator by 10/31/2025.
