Airport Bar/Lounge Concession- Request for Proposals

The City of Kenai is seeking a qualified operator to run a non‑exclusive bar/lounge concession in the terminal of Kenai Municipal Airport (Room 204, 2nd floor). The concessionaire will provide alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages plus light snacks, operate a minimum of 60 hours per week, and pay a monthly percentage of gross receipts (minimum 10 %).
