Description
The Reno‑Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) seeks a qualified operator to develop, manage, operate, and maintain a gaming concession (slot‑machine casino) within Reno‑Tahoe International Airport. The concession will be phased in as the MoreRNO capital redevelopment program progresses, covering existing pre‑security areas and new concourse locations. The operator will hold a non‑exclusive gaming concession lease, responsible for equipment installation, maintenance, staffing, compliance, and revenue‑share reporting. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Nevada Government eMarketplace by 2:00 PM PT on 27 Oct 2026. A non‑mandatory pre‑proposal meeting/tour is scheduled for 26 Aug 2026. The award is expected at the RTAA Board of Trustees meeting on 11 Feb 2027.
• Develop and fit‑out slot‑machine venues in existing and future airport concourses
• Operate and maintain gaming equipment, cash handling, and related services
• Comply with airport security, employee badge, and cash‑handling protocols
• Provide revenue‑share reporting; lease terms include rent escalations (see Addendum 2)
• Coordinate with RTAA on telecommunications, network connectivity, and ATMs/TITO kiosks
• Deliver a high‑quality passenger experience that reflects the Reno‑Tahoe gaming identity
