Midway Services – Franklin County Agricultural Fair

Franklin County is seeking a midway service provider to furnish, operate, and manage carnival rides, games, food concessions, and related services at the Franklin County Agricultural Fair. The fair has an average 4-Day ticketed attendance of 8,000 patrons and operates on an unlimited ride wristband. The County's goal is to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience while maximizing entertainment value. Key responsibilities of the successful proposer will include: • Providing carnival rides, games, and food concessions • Managing and operating the midway services • Ensuring professional operations and a safe experience for attendees • Meeting the County's goal of maximizing entertainment value The successful proposer will enter into a professional services contract with the County to provide midway services as outlined in the proposal.
